The Coopers Tavern is a gastro pub on the Capitol Square, in the
heart of downtown Madison. Our menu is influenced by our travels,
but sourced locally as much as possible. We have 28 premium craft
beers featured on draft, inspired by European style taverns. Our
whiskey list features over 130 of the finest bourbons, American,
Scotch, and Irish whiskeys around. We feature oak barreled wines,

food to the exact Chefs specifications. The Line cook position is
responsible for preparing food for service (e.g. chopping
vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). The Line Cook
assists with menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen
staff.Job Requirements:Professional kitchen experience, including
working a hot line and grill is requiredExperience in full service
restaurant is desiredUnderstanding of cooking methods, ingredients,
