Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs Senior Accounting Analyst, you will work on site at the Jefferson factory to develop and maintain overall management of inventory control and material accounting systems while ensuring compliance with Nestl company policies and standards as well as external regulations. You will manage activities from production data coordinators and perform continuous training and development on financial systems. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and perform analysis of variance results and losses of inventory.Complete inventory compliance activities including cycle counts, assessment of critical ingredients, and verification of timely and accurate consumptions and declarations by production data coordinatorsPerform inventory variance investigations and resolutionsApply understanding of production processes and materials to capture utilization and waste dataMaintain production data integrity to ensure material master data accuracy and support traceability requirementsManage materials accounting budget requirements and monthly closure and reporting activitiesCoordinate, audit and advise on all physical inventory procedures in each respective area to ensure accurate and timely completion per the division standardLead, empower and develop production data team members through coaching, mentoring, training, evaluation and recognitionUtilize Microsoft Office products and enterprise resource planning software to perform daily accounting functionsRequirementsBachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field2+ years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting and/or inventory control in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $71,000 - $98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
