We’re hiring a Recruiter Associate to drive caregiver recruiting and support compliance, training, and retention for our team while ensuring our caregivers feel valued and supported every step of the way. What You’ll Do Respond to all applicant inquiries quickly, professionally, and warmly Post jobs online and actively recruit through walk-ins, events, and community networking Schedule and conduct interviews efficiently Complete hiring steps per Home Instead standards (references, background checks, MVR, drug screens) Maintain accurate employment records in our ATS (I-9, W-4, etc.) Support onboarding, touchpoints, trainings, and ongoing coaching Partner with Scheduling to build strong caregiver/client matches Track and support key metrics (utilization, turnover, retention, etc.) Help plan and run Care Professional meetings Log and monitor client/caregiver activity in our software system Other duties as needed What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience 2 years recruiting experience (caregiver or high-volume hiring strongly preferred) Strong communication skills (verbal written) Comfort working independently and handling confidential info Natural relationship-builder with solid networking skills Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Good judgment and problem-solving ability Sales/results mindset with a sense of urgency Professional, dependable, and service-oriented Benefits 401(k) matching Health, dental, vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off (vacation, holidays, birthday ) Employee discount Referral program Ready to make an impact?
