  RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST
  
  • Manage the front desk reception area
    
  • Answer all incoming roles and customer inquiries
    
  • General data entry
    
  • Accounts receivable and applying payments
    
  • Handling any incoming petty cash payments
    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE RECEPTIONIST
    
    • Prior experience as a receptionist or related administrative role
      
    • Ability to multi task
      
    • Strong communication skills
