companies under various co-pack arrangements.Seneca Foods in
Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Operations
Administrator to join our team. Seneca Foods offers an excellent

Goodness Great!Assist in the analysis of sales forecasts and how to
apply the information to current history. Communicate effectively
with sales and other members within the company to have a clear
understanding of the data and how it applies. Provide EDI support
as needed, addressing time sensitive setup and troubleshooting.
Provide additional backup for department
functions.Responsibilities:
Daily EDI production support and problem resolution. Includes
responding to internal and external EDI questions/inquiries,
resolving rejected/failed EDI transactions, reprocessing of SAP
IDOC's, and creating test data for onboarding. Analyze sales
forecasts to determine what in sales history needs to be adjusted.
Setup within SAP, GEM, and EDI support portals to create testing
data for new onboardings. Provide backup for other department
functions. Work with applicable business units, IT or Trading
partners as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems,
research issues, and provide solutions. Highly organized, with
strong attention to detail.
Must be able to multitas and prioritize daily workload. Have a
working knowledge of Mircrosoft Office, with a focus in Excel. Be
an enthusiastic "team player" with a strong work ethic. Seneca
