Job Description Job Description Lemberg Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead electrical service projects from initial planning through close-out. The focus of these projects are commercial end users and other small projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical expertise, customer relationships, and hands-on project coordination in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical service projects from kickoff through completion Develop estimates, bids, schedules, and project documentation Coordinate field labor, permits, inspections, and material procurement Track project budgets, timelines, and overall performance Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and address concerns promptly Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, NEC, and applicable codes What We Offer 100% Company-Paid Benefits , including: Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance & Disability ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) PTO LifeLock and additional benefits Voluntary 401(k) and supplemental insurance options Employee ownership opportunities Long-term career growth with a stable, well-respected electrical contractor Supportive team culture focused on quality and safety Qualifications Completion of an electrical apprenticeship with 6 years of field experience , or 3 years of project management experience in the electrical industry Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Working knowledge of NEC, IBC, NFPA, and OSHA standards Proficiency with MS Office and electrical estimating software Valid driver's license OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field 5 years of electrical project management experience Experience with Accubid estimating software Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
