safety culture at scale? LHH is looking for a Corporate Safety
Manager to lead strategic safety initiatives across multiple
districts and trades. This is a corporate-level leadership role
focused on governance, program development, and continuous
improvement-not a site-based position. In this role, you'll shape
and standardize safety programs, policies, and training that drive
compliance and performance across the organization. You'll use
data-driven insights and root-cause analysis to influence
decisions, reduce risk, and foster a proactive safety mindset. What
You'll Do Develop and maintain safety policies and compliance
programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards. Analyze
trends and audit data to identify systemic risks and implement
prevention strategies. Collaborate with leadership to align safety
initiatives with operational goals. Conduct root-cause analyses for
incidents and near-misses; provide actionable insights to
leadership. Create clear dashboards and reports that translate
complex data into meaningful decisions. Deliver executive-level
presentations and communications on safety performance and
initiatives. Design and deliver corporate safety training programs
and campaigns. Partner with district safety teams to ensure
alignment and provide guidance. Oversee corporate safety audits and
corrective actions. Act as liaison with insurance reps, regulatory
agencies, and auditors. What We're Looking For 3 years in safety
management within a large construction environment. Bachelor's
degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management,
Risk Management, or related field preferred. Deep knowledge of
OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA regulations. Proven ability to design and
implement company-wide safety programs. Strong analytical and
reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data
visualization tools. Excellent communication and collaboration
skills. Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 Benefits: Bonus Offered
