The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, working closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role supports self-performed construction work and requires hands-on project management experience within a self-perform environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Coordinate and support self-performed construction work and subcontracted scopes Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation Monitor job progress and proactively identify and resolve issues Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Provide clear communication and reporting to internal leadership Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager Required experience managing self-performed construction work Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects , including ground-up new construction Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost controls Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field Why Join This Team Award-winning Best Place to Work with a strong industry reputation Clear path for career growth and advancement Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunity to manage impactful projects with minimal travel Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Compensation & Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
