Responsibilities Engage in residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed. Perform exterior and interior general framing, including wood framing. Complete interior trim installs, cabinets, and countertops. Build decks, install flooring, and perform interior/exterior door installations. Install windows, siding, and roofing. Essential Skills Proficient in construction and carpentry. Experience in framing and finish carpentry. Knowledgeable in drywall and rough carpentry. Ability to perform trim carpentry, and install windows, doors, siding, and roofing.
