Job Description Job Description Top Rail Fence is looking for an established crew for fence installations in the western suburbs. Duties: - Install a variety of fencing types, including - Wood - Vinyl - Chain Link - Aluminum - Read and interpret site plans, measurements, and project specifications - Prepare job sites, including digging post holes and setting posts - Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of fences - Load, transport, and unload materials and tools - Communicate effectively with project managers and customers Requirements: - Proven experience in fence installation (2 years of experience is preferred) - Must have tools and be reliable - General liability insurance (required for subcontractors) Preferred qualifications: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Crew/team already established Compensation: - Paid per project or linear foot (rates vary by job type) - Consistent work available based on performance - Opportunity for long-term partnership
