roles with State Farm corporate, bringing more than 30 years of
State Farm experience into agency ownership. Our team of five
operates with a strong family-first mindset and a laid-back,
supportive atmosphere where people genuinely care about one

in charities that support individuals with special needs, which
reflects the compassion and patience we bring into our work with
customers. Our office hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., reinforcing
our belief that family and personal life should always come first.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm
Agent Team Member with Wayne Conley - State Farm Agent, you will
generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that
reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your
attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help
people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving
customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members,
and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We

sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer
inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with
policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up
with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service
experience preferred.
