Description Front Desk Coordinator – Boys & Girls Club Make a

Location: Schierl Center in Plover, WI Part -time positions. School
year daily schedule 3:15;330pm -7pm Monday -Thursday, 6pm on
Fridays. Summer positions needed! Flexible summer schedule,
mornings or afternoon shifts during club hours of 7:30am -530pm.

you! ? What You’ll Do As a Front Desk Coordinator , you’ll help
keep the Club running smoothly and safely by: Welcoming members,
families, volunteers, and visitors with a positive attitude Making
sure everyone checks in and out properly Helping open or close the
building (based on your shift) Answering questions and helping
families with concerns Keeping the front desk area organized, safe,
and friendly Communicating with Directors about member or family
needs Managing Club membership tracking and updating our database
Answering phone calls professionally and promptly Supporting
volunteer coordination and providing feedback Helping with
supplies, materials, and general organization Assisting with
special events, programs, or field trips Keeping Lost & Found tidy
Responding to emails in a timely manner Potentially driving a Club
van (training provided) Providing First Aid/CPR when needed (we’ll
train you!) Helping with member recruitment and other projects as
assigned What We’re Looking For Friendly, approachable, and great
with kids & families Strong communication and customer service
skills Comfortable working independently and staying organized Able
to handle situations calmly and responsibly Basic computer skills
Flexible and willing to jump in when needed Valid driver’s license
(if driving Club vehicles) Qualifications Qualifications High
school diploma or GED required Experience working with children
preferred Ability to communicate effectively with kids and families
from diverse backgrounds Able to maintain a calm, professional
demeanor—even when things get busy Previous customer service or
administrative experience required Strong organizational skills and
a passion for great customer service Ability to use good judgment
and make decisions independently Comfortable using multiple
software programs Experience with Canva, Salesforce, and Microsoft
Office products is a plus Able to work independently as well as
part of a team Ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and stay
self?directed Strong multitasking and prioritization skills—with or
without direct guidance Must pass reference and background checks
