be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of

sales workers - Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure
optimal efficiency - Train and evaluate employees - Track monthly
results and trends for business forecasting - Resolve escalated
customer complaints Qualifications: - Previous experience in
