Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for the supervision and archery specific instruction, providing a safe and fun learning environment for children and adults. This is an at-will position. Organize and prepare lesson plans in a fun and creative manner. Lead participants in outdoor archery recreation programs. Prepare and submit program related reports. Monitors condition of equipment and facility. Gain knowledge and understanding of Park District policies and procedures and see that they are adhered to at all times Qualifications: Minimum one year previous teaching/coaching experience. Knowledge of archery form and skills, and basic knowledge of archery equipment maintenance. Must have knowledge and ability to teach techniques of archery while maintaining a safe environment for all. Archery teaching certification from a nationally recognized organization preferred but not required. Schedule & Pay Rate: Varied hours available and corresponding with experience. Hiring range is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, DOQ.
