Description: General Purpose of the job: An exciting new role in a growing team dedicated to developing non-carrier added lutetium-177 for cancer therapies. This role will be support both small scale commercial production and design and establishment of large production scale processes for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing process improvement. This role will support operations process optimization and problem solving, as well as support efforts for production equipment design to include scale up from development to full scale manufacturing. This person is a knowledgeable in the field of process and equipment design and will provide influence into getting processes developed and turned over to manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced product development cycle to help cure some of life-threatening forms of cancer and is looking for team members that fit well into this environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in technical problem solving for operational issues using engineering and scientific principles
• Participate in small projects and training to support operations team on processes and standards to improve organizational capability
• Provides ideas and feedback on process and equipment design
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of P&IDs, SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Support the design and execution of process development or process improvement test plans
• Maintenance and repairs including performing maintenance and coordinating with internal and external resources to complete tasks as needed
• Assist in equipment selection, process development, and the commissioning and qualification for new equipment and processes
• Assist other projects and departments as required
• Some travel may be required
• Overtime and nights/weekend work may sometimes be necessary to complete required work assignment with little or no advance notice Requirements: Requirements:
  • BS in Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering, Chemistry, Radiochemistry or Physics with equivalent work experience.
  • Experience or knowledge of nuclear process equipment and instrumentation is desired
  • Willingness to learn and understand new technology, instrumentation, and technical processes
  • Demonstrated experience with manufacturing within FDA GMP regulatory requirements is highly desired.
  • Experience in Laboratory operations is required
  • Ability to read from engineering drawings or schematics
  • Ability to follow written procedures and accurately record test data
  • Ability to work safely within an industrial and radiation environment PI
