You will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees reporting to the Plant Engineering manager. You will support the plant's electrical and controls projects to confirm consistency with Manufacturing standards and control philosophies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:You will provide technical support to all operating and maintenance departments to help in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to PLC and MMI programs.You will help us enhance the Quality of our products, reduce customer complaints, and ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations.You will correct unsafe conditions, to enhance the safety and health of our employees and insure compliance with OSHA regulationsYou will improve productivity through efficiency gains, yield improvements, labor use, and other rate improvements.You will ensure projects are designed, managed and constructed following Conagra Engineering Standards.You will facilitate technology transfer from Corporate Engineering, R&D and the Manufacturing Engineering Team to the Manufacturing Operations and Maintenance Teams insuring proper startup and training plans.You will be a technical consultant to Manufacturing by analyzing system and equipment failures to troubleshoot problems and to facilitate maintenance activities, procedural changes or capital improvements.
