Coach site leaders on developing a culture of accountability,
hazard recognition, and safe work behaviors. Demonstrates
commitment to FATHOM’s Core Values by leading, acting and behaving
in a manner consistent with these values. Regulatory Compliance &

compliance. Develop and manage programs such as hazard
communication, lockout/tagout, PPE, machine guarding, waste
management, and emergency preparedness. Risk Reduction & Continuous

across the network of sites. Develop practical tools, templates,
and processes that simplify EH&S execution for sites. Support
implementation of engineering and administrative controls to
eliminate or reduce hazards. Track key safety metrics and report
results to leadership. Training & Communication Develop and deliver
EH&S training (in-person and virtual) for employees and
leaders. Leverage external resources when appropriate. Create
communication materials that reinforce expectations, improve
awareness, and promote safe behaviors. Facilitate safety meetings,
toolbox talks, and leadership training sessions. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science,
