Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift Job Description This full-time position as a Production Operator involves working on the 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. You will engage in various tasks including testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. Responsibilities Perform testing and inspection of products. Conduct light assembly and ensure machine operation runs smoothly. Handle packaging of products efficiently. Meet assembly metrics with precision, involving assembling hoses by hand. Operate in a light industrial setting, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs. Essential Skills Experience with assembly and using hand tools. General production and packaging skills. General labor experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to manage paperwork and onboarding processes independently. Capability to perform basic mechanical tasks such as changing a tire. Work Environment You will be working in a nearly brand new, state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperature-controlled at 68 degrees with 30% humidity. The work environment is safety-focused and allows for both sitting and standing during the shift, though standing is required at times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
