first. What You’ll Do Lead complex, mission-critical data center
projects from preconstruction through final turnover and
commissioning. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design
teams, field leadership, and executive stakeholders. Manage
multimillion-dollar budgets, cost forecasting, billing, and change
order processes. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
(Primavera P6, MS Project) with strong critical path focus. Oversee
coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection,
low-voltage, and building automation systems. Lead
Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide
executive-level reporting. Drive commissioning and Integrated
Systems Testing (IST) to ensure all systems meet performance and
redundancy requirements. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant
Project Managers, building the next generation of leaders. Champion
safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and client-specific
requirements. What We’re Looking For 10 years of commercial
construction experience, including 5 years in a Project Management
role. 3–5 years managing large-scale data center or
mission-critical projects. Deep technical expertise in MEP systems,
power infrastructure, and critical redundancy environments. Strong
financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and cost
controls. Proven leadership presence with strong client-facing
communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,
Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent
experience). Preferred: OSHA 30 Certification. Proficiency in
Procore, Bluebeam, BIM platforms, Primavera P6/MS Project, and
