BrightStar Care family today! Position Responsibilities Summary:
The Employee Engagement Manager (EEM) is responsible for providing
customer service for clients and caregivers in the form of schedule
management, client and caregiver visits, and other supervisory
roles. Day to Day Responsibilities: Ensure branch operations
deliver the highest quality support to our direct care staff by
answering office phones, participating in after hours "on-call" and
scheduling direct care staff with our clients. Build a strong bench
of talent by providing adequate training, encourage personal and
professional development, coaching moments that may include
disciplinary action and maintain consistent documentation of
performance. Contribute to a culture that strives to providing
peace of mind to our clients by sharing your ideas on how to do
things better, to ask questions and to leave a personal touch on
each and every thing you do! Education/Certification Requirements:
* Preferred, not required: Associate and/or Bachelor Degree in
Business Management or Administration; may substitute Degree
requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum
of 1 year experience as manager within an office setting.
Skills/Qualifications Requirements: * Proficient in MSOffice
(Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * 1+ years managing people
and effectively scheduling staff at all levels (supervisory, per
diem staff, full-time, and part-time employees) * Knowledge of
business and management principles involved in strategic planning,
resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership
technique, production methods, and coordination of people and
resources * Valid driver's license * Transportation to meet the
needs of position and scope of job responsibilities * Valid state
