Job Purpose To manage the operations, sales and administration of
the after-market parts division as a profitable component of
Stoughton Holdings, Inc.\n Essential Duties and
Responsibilities\n\nDevelop annual operating budgets for senior
management and board review and approval. Accountable for the
profitable sales of after-market parts to all USA, Canada, and
Mexico customers. Full accountability of profit & loss including
but not limited to sales, accounts receivable/collections, and all
expenses as they relate to the operation of the division.\nOversee
all administrative aspects of the operations, including, but not
limited to employee relations, inventory management, purchasing,
invoicing, pricing, and shipping.\nEstablish performance criteria,
which are critical to the continuous improvement of the division
and critical to attainment of goals established for the
division.\nMonitor performance criteria with respect to: gross
sales, net sales, net profits, inventory accuracy and investment,
accounts receivable, back-order management, order receiving,
accuracy, and speed.\nHire, Train, & Develop employees to become
effective members of the team. Capable of accepting advancements
within the organization as the opportunity arises and they are
offered.\nEstablish partner relationships with current vendors and
new relationships with new vendors.\nPerform all assigned tasks in
a safe, efficient and highly productive manner according to Company
policy.\nAttend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
Maintain good attendance.\nContribute to the team effort to produce
a quality product\nComply with all company policies and
procedures.\nProblem solving and decision making during the course
of daily sales, quotes, and tasks required in the operation of the
division.\nMonitor the physical premises and its surroundings.
Developing proposals for improvements to the daily operation of the
division for senior management approval.\nManage and coordinate all
employee work schedules and activities. Perform annual evaluations
with mid-year progress evaluations.\nCoach and counsel department
managers to assist them in the development of their personnel as
members of the team.\nDevelop personnel incentives that direct
employee efforts towards the achievement of the goals of the
division.\nWork and communicate in a team environment.\nOther
duties may be assigned as required by the Company.\n\n Above is a

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.\n\nMinimum seven
years managerial
experience.\n\n\nLicenses/Certifications:\n\nNone\n\n\nKnowledge,
Skills, & Abilities:\n\nManagerial and organizational skills.\nTime
management.\nComputer knowledge\nRead and understand
blueprints/engineering drawings\nInterpersonal and communication
skills.\nHandle the daily stress put upon time and in daily
situations involving either customers or personnel.\nRegular and
consistent attendance.\n\n\n
