Job Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our production team to new heights! Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate seamlessly with various departments- from design to shipping- ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the production process.

Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions that enhance operations.

Quick Problem Solving: Identify issues swiftly and implement effective solutions to keep our operations on track and thriving.

Safety Champion: Uphold safety protocols and regulations, creating a secure working environment for all team members.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing talent and strengthening teams.
Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage continuous improvement tools.
