Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Community Growth to enhance brand strategy and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Foster user relationships within the community, encouraging engagement and feedback
Develop and distribute a content calendar to inspire community participation
Organize community events like hackathons and meetups to strengthen bonds and promote goodwill

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience at a developer-facing company
Strong understanding of developer engagement trends
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Excellent writing skills for a technical audience
Familiarity with developer operations and marketing nuances
