A company is looking for a VP, Engineering to join their
executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering organization, ensuring high-quality
and efficient execution
Hire and develop engineering talent, implementing performance
evaluation processes
Foster a collaborative culture and work with cross-functional teams
to achieve ambitious goals
Required Qualifications
Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or related field
15+ years of engineering experience with increasing
responsibilities
Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams,
ideally with 50+ engineers
Strong technical mastery in software engineering and a commitment
to continuous learning
Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership in delivering
results
