If you're passionate about mental health, team building, and innovative service delivery, this is your opportunity to shine.What You'll DoLead the day-to-day operations of our PSR program serving adults with serious mental illness.Supervise and coach PSR therapists and interns-build a high-impact team.Develop engaging group curricula, social outings, and community events.Support clinical documentation and Medicaid billing (IM+CANS, LOCUS, MRO).Monitor and improve program outcomes using data and feedback.Manage census through community outreach, referral-building, and agency partnerships.
