  Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to educate patients and families about care and treatment options
    
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
      
    • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
      
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
      
    • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
