RN Med/SurgLocation: Milwaukee,WIJob Type: Contract -12X3 DaysContract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extensionPay Range: $2400 - $2,537.28 Gross WeeklyKey Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards of nursing practice and hospital policy.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Qualifications:
  • RN License.
