Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Portage, Wisconsin.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Home HealthDiscipline: RNStart Date: 06/09/2025Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Travel 8 hr variables days, Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times.
Weekend/Holiday: Weekend rotation is every 3rd- 4th
weekend currently. The range is every 4-6.

On-call:
1-2x during the week and every 3rd or 4th weekend (at least one per month)
Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients, 4.5 visits per day on average
