ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.Now Hiring: Physical Therapist - Full-time - Outpatient Orthopedics - Bone & Joint - Plover, WI$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires!Location:Bone & Joint1767 Park Ave, Plover, WI 54467Overview:Bone & Joint is expanding and seeking full-time Physical Therapists for Outpatient Orthopedic positions in Plover, WI. Join a respected team where PTs are highly valued, working directly with patients 1-on-1 throughout their entire treatment sessions.Caseload / Patient Population:Patient-centered care: Each PT works directly with their patients for the entire sessionno aides or doubling patients.Primarily general orthopedics with around 50% post-op care.All ages seen, with regular collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.Patient Scheduling:Approx. 53 patients/week with 45-minute treatment sessions (including evaluations).Physical Therapists average 9-10 patients/day, accounting for cancellations.Work Hours:Full-time position with no weekends or holidays.Clinic hours are 7 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.Variable hours available, promoting work-life balance.Job Requirements:Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Full-time preferred, but candidates with 32+ hours/week availability will also be considered.New graduates are welcome and supported.Why Join Bone & Joint?Bone & Joint is a leading healthcare provider where patient care is the priority.
