Job Description Rapidly growing healthcare organization is actively looking to hire multiple OB/GYN physicians. Group is a not-for-profit organization that provides compassionate, dependable, and complete primary care and community health services. - Traditional OB/GYN physician opportunity - 24 hours clinic, 4 surgical hours, call ratio based upon number of providers - Competitive compensation package including base salary around $360K $150 per delivery, Quality Incentive up to $15K annually, Patients Satisfaction Incentive up to $8K annually, PTO, Relocation assistance. Group has high HIPSA score for those who will be applying for federal student loan repayment. - Can accept both J1 and H1 candidates (Conrad and HHS) - EPIC EMR - Mid-level support - Patients are scheduled for either 15 or 30 minutes. Average 3-5 patients per hour. Some appointments " Leeps scheduled for 60 minutes - Call rotated among provider group. Deliveries are handled by on call physician.
