Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Janesville,
Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours
per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN
Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed
for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside
experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5
weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the
initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n
Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Adult /n/n Job Details: /n • Work
12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Required to work
every other weekend and holidays /n• May be required to float to
other units as needed /n• Current Wisconsin nursing license
required /n• CPR/BLS certification required /n• Must be vaccinated
for influenza /n• Experience in medical surgical nursing preferred
/n• Utilize nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary
team members /n• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
according to approved nursing techniques and policies /n• Document
patient care according to standards of care /n• Develop, initiate,
and execute individualized patient care plans /n• Participate in
department performance improvement activities /n• Provide clinical
expertise and guidance to support patient care across units /n•
Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and experience,
