Janesville, Wisconsin, 53548! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Must-Have: Experience in Skilled Nursing units. Description: We are
seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Skilled Nursing
units. The candidate must have a current Wisconsin license and CPR
certification. The traveler may float to other inpatient units due
to census needs. This position is full-time with night shifts from
1830 to 0700. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with
interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance
with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures,
standards of care, and state laws/practice acts. Documenting
according to standards of care. Developing, initiating, and
executing a patient plan of care according to the individualized
needs of the patient, as prescribed by the physician and/or
hospital policy, including patient and family instruction.
Participating in department or unit performance improvement
activities, which may include shared governance. Utilizing clinical
expertise and guidance to other units and departments in support of
the patient's longitudinal plan of care. Utilizing critical
thinking concerning patient safety and patient experience and
appropriately escalating issues to the appropriate chain of
