a qualified Psych RN in Janesville, Wisconsin, 53548! Job Title:

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7
PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required
License: Current WI License Certifications: CPR Must-Have: Current
WI License CPR Description: We are seeking an experienced RN for
our Behavioral Health unit. The candidate must have a current
Wisconsin license and CPR certification. Schedule consists of
12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM with an every-other weekend
rotation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilizes the
nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team
members in caring for patients. Administers prescribed medications
and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques,
policies, procedures, standards of care, and state laws/practice
act. Documents according to standards of care. Develops, initiates,
and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized
needs of the patient as prescribed by a physician and/or hospital
policy, including patient and family instruction. Participates in
department or unit performance improvement activities, which may
include shared governance. Utilizes clinical expertise and guidance
to other departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan
of care. Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and
patient experience and appropriately escalates to the appropriate
