Ascension is seeking a dedicated and seasoned RN-Clinical Lead Specialty to join our faith-based healthcare network. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading clinical teams and enhancing patient care by integrating innovation and personalized approaches consistent with our mission to empower communities. This position will allow you to work across our diverse facilities, implementing standards of care and driving initiatives that transform patient outcomes. Lead and coordinate clinical practices in specialized medical areas ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards. Evaluate patient care procedures and outcomes, implementing improvements to achieve higher quality and efficiency. Mentor and supervise nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care and professional development. Participate in the development and deployment of training programs for new healthcare technologies and procedures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across the network to share best practices and insights. Manage patient caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively to enhance patient satisfaction and safety. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and participate in audits and inspections. Expertise in clinical leadership within a specialized area of medicine. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage and mentor nursing staff. In-depth knowledge of current healthcare regulations, including safety and quality standards. Competence in handling patient data and healthcare informatics systems. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
