Nursing (DON) – Wisconsin Start Date: January 15, 2026 Location:
Janesville, Wisconsin Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 80 hours per 2 weeks, variable day shift hours
with 24/7 accountability Highlights: Leadership role overseeing
nursing operations for a Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care
facility Responsibility for coordinating care across the continuum
and ensuring regulatory compliance Opportunity to develop policies,
implement quality improvement programs, and mentor nursing staff
Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment focused on
patient-centered care Monthly quality data oversight including
falls prevention, skin integrity, and medication management Shift
supervision including hiring, training, evaluation, and delegation
within a team-focused setting Requirements: Graduate of an
accredited nursing program; BSN required upon hire 2-4 years of
supervisory experience in long term care nursing or demonstrated
leadership/management experience in a long term care facility
Active RN license in the state of practice Working knowledge of
reimbursement systems, State and Federal Regulations within Long
Term Care, and The Joint Commission standards CPR certification
required within 90 days; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS,
