Job Description Solace Grove is a startup outpatient behavioral health agency in Wisconsin providing mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build a high-quality, client-centered program from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for outpatient mental health and SUD services Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS 35, DHS 75, Medicaid, and payer requirements Supervise and support licensed and credentialed clinical staff Oversee assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance Lead program development, policies, and startup clinical workflows Collaborate with executive leadership and community partners Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current Wisconsin clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) Meets qualifications to serve as Clinical Director under DHS 35 and DHS 75 Minimum 5 years clinical experience; 2 years supervisory/leadership experience Strong knowledge of outpatient mental health, SUD treatment, and Wisconsin regulations Position Details Full-Time I Exempt Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to shape and grow a mission-driven startup agency Solace Grove is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
