Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting
opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist eager to work in a
dynamic K-12 school setting in Elgin, IL. This full-time,
school-year contract role offers a rewarding chance to support
students communication development with the added benefit of onsite
supervision and professional support. Position Highlights:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (W-2 employee status) Work across
1-2 school sites with a home base (elementary caseload) Maximum
caseload of 35-40 students School year contract: August 4, 2025 May
19, 2026, with orientation scheduled prior to start Sites offering
positions for bilingual Spanish-speaking SLPs (2 openings) and one
monolingual English-speaking opening Open to Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) holders and Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) candidates, with supervision provided for CFYs Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and
provide individualized therapy tailored to student needs
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation
and reporting in compliance with school policies Participate in
ongoing professional development and training sessions
Qualifications: Valid state licensure in Speech Language Pathology
CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates accepted with
supervision Experience working in school settings or willingness to
learn Bilingual Spanish proficiency required for designated
positions Strong communication and collaborative skills Benefits
