Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room
- Clinical Lead to join our faith-based healthcare organization. As
a leader within our healthcare team, you will guide operating room
staff and ensure the highest standards of care and efficiency in
surgical procedures. You will be pivotal in maintaining our ethos
of innovation in healthcare while providing personalized and
compassionate care in line with our mission to transform lives and
nurture the health of the communities we serve. Manage and direct
the operations within the operating room. Ensure all surgical
procedures comply with safety standards and regulations. Guide,
mentor, and evaluate OR staff to ensure professional growth and
high-performance standards. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes and operational
efficiency. Develop and implement policies for operating room
procedures. Handle the inventory of surgical tools and equipment.
Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the
operating suite. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the
latest surgical technologies and procedures Ability to work
flexibly and respond well under pressure Expertise in regulatory
compliance and safety standards in healthcare Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Operating Room
Nursing (CNOR) preferred
