Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 17-week contract in Madison, Wisconsin — earn up to ($2242 - $2360 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in professional development and training programs. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Educate patients and families on health management. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Wisconsin and BLS/ACLS certifications required. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred. Proven track record of meeting performance targets and quality standards. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills essential for patient care. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Participation in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Effective communication skills for patient and family education.
