We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin — earn up to ($1843 - $1940 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting. Participate in
continuous professional development and training. Collaborate with
healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Monitor and document
patient progress and vital signs. Achieve performance targets and
contribute to team goals. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Utilize
evidence-based practices in patient care. Engage in quality
improvement initiatives. Assist in the orientation and training of
new staff. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in
Wisconsin, with MedSurg experience preferred. Commitment to
continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Proven track record of achieving performance targets and team
goals. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care
in a MedSurg setting. Experience in quality improvement initiatives
and evidence-based practices. Willingness to engage in a
results-driven work environment. Strong communication skills for
effective collaboration with healthcare team. Ability to educate
patients and families on health management strategies. Experience
with electronic health records and patient documentation.
Flexibility to assist in training and orienting new staff members.
