population. Role Overview: We are seeking a Pediatrician who is
passionate about community health and providing comprehensive
primary care to children and adolescents. You will play a critical
role in delivering patient-centered care, ranging from preventive
services to managing chronic conditions. As a key member of our
multidisciplinary team, you will help shape the health and futures
of Chicago’s youth, while also contributing to our broader
community health initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive
Pediatric Care : Provide primary healthcare services, including
exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, and follow-up care for
children and adolescents. Preventative Health : Emphasize the
prevention of diseases by providing age-appropriate immunizations,
wellness checks, and health education. Care Coordination :
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other
health professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care for
patients. Community Engagement : Participate in outreach activities
such as health fairs and educational programs to promote health
awareness and access to care. Supervision & Mentorship : Provide
clinical supervision to healthcare staff, including nurse
practitioners and medical assistants, while fostering a supportive
and collaborative environment. Quality Improvement : Actively
engage in peer reviews and protocol development to enhance clinical
care and operational efficiency. Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records using
our electronic health record (EHR) system, while ensuring adherence

comprehensive, patient-centered care. Qualifications Education :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an
accredited medical school, with Board Certification (or
eligibility) in Pediatrics. Licensure : Active Illinois medical
license and DEA certification. Experience : Previous experience in
a community health setting or working with underserved populations
is highly desirable. Skills : Strong clinical decision-making,
communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with EHR systems
and a commitment to evidence-based, high-quality care. Salary and
Benefits: Compensation: The annual salary range for this position
is $166,000.00 to $257,000.00, based on experience and
