CEUs Job Description: You will work in an inpatient setting with a
small client caseload to: Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans
for new intaked clients Coordinate with clinical and administrative
staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and
referral sources are provided. Provide treatment planning,
coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear
discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care,
when appropriate. Represent WisHope as part of the team at
trainings, meetings, and other community events. Provide various
outpatient Mental Health clinical services. Conduct intakes and
monitor individual, group, and family therapies. Develop service
plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of
treatment. Provide Mental Health assessments, counseling,
referrals, and intervention services. Complete and maintain
documentation according to federal and state guidelines. Complete
any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that
quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are
provided. Participate in annual cultural competency and diversity
training and seeking safety training and are beyond qualified to
care for those we serve. Salary: 62,000-$70,000/year depending on
education, experience and credentialing Requirements: Hold a
current LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW and/or ICS (Required) Driver's
License (Preferred) Associates Degree or higher in Substance Use
Disorders or Mental Health related field (Preferred)
