You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation and optimum healthcare outcomes. Assess patient respiratory functions and administer appropriate treatments. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and modify patient care plans. Operate and maintain respiratory equipment for therapy and diagnosis. Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and maintenance. Implement patient documentation and maintain accurate health records. Stay updated with the recent techniques and technologies in respiratory therapy. Proficient in using respiratory equipment Strong understanding of respiratory care protocols Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state license as a Respiratory Therapist BLS/ACLS certification
