Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, delivering exceptional rehabilitation services in a caring, professional environment. As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients to execute physical therapy interventions that promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability, while also contributing to patient assessment and treatment planning. Evaluate patients' condition and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Implement patient therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed. Maintain patient records and document therapy outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor interventions based on patient needs. Provide guidance and physical exercises for patients to continue at home. Educate patients and family members about treatments and therapies to ensure a comprehensive approach to healing. In-depth understanding of physical therapy techniques and diagnostics. Excellent patient management skills and empathy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting patients or assisting with mobility. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice. CPR certified.
