Surgical First Assistant Location: Brookfield, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,246 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Certified Surgical First Assist Profession: Certified Surgical First Assist Specialty: Certified Surgical First Assist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:30 AM - 07:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current BLS certification Certifications: CSFA certification Must-Have: - Experience in Neuro, Robotics, Orthopedics (including total joints), Vascular, Urology, and General surgery - Previous surgical tech experience preferred - Familiarity with EPIC Description: BLS and CSFA required. Shift is from 08:30 AM to 07:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one rotating day off per week. Call requirements are based on department needs, currently 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week. There are 2 - 24 hour full weekends every 4-week schedule, with holidays as needed. Candidates should have experience in Neuro, Robotics, Orthopedics (including total joints), Vascular, Urology, and General surgical settings. Previous surgical tech experience is preferred. Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus. May be required to float onsite within skill set or to locations within a 40-mile radius if needed.
