Departmental Scope: Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric and adult patients Preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits Collaboration with a strong referral network of specialty providers Access to integrated hospital, specialty, and ancillary services within the Mercyhealth system Practice within a supportive, team-oriented clinic environment with experienced nursing and administrative staff.
