Registered Nurse Janesville, WI Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1984 - $2391

you'll utilize your skills and expertise in the Emergency Room. As
an ER RN, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to
provide exceptional care to patients. You'll be responsible for
administering medications, performing assessments, and developing
patient care plans. Your critical thinking and clinical expertise
will be essential in ensuring patient safety and enhancing the
patient experience. Utilize the nursing process in collaboration
with interdisciplinary team members Administer prescribed
medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques
Document care according to standards Perform assessments, planning,
intervention, and evaluation of care Develop and execute patient
care plans based on individualized needs Participate in performance
improvement activities and shared governance Provide clinical
expertise and guidance to other units and departments Utilize
critical thinking for patient safety and escalate appropriately
Engage in professional nursing continuum process and peer review
Need 1 year experience in setting Active WI RN Licensure required
Flu vaccination required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or
