You will play a key role in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that align with our mission of providing advanced rehabilitative care utilizing cutting-edge technology. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for patient care and a commitment to leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Manage nursing staff and assign patients to nurses ensuring efficient operations. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards and regulations. Contribute to the recruitment and training of nursing staff. Facilitate continuous education and professional development of nursing staff. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and promote a positive working environment. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the effectiveness of patient care. Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare facility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of health care policies and best practices. Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license. BLS/ACLS certification.
