Job Description Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab for a nursing job in Beloit, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Beloit, Wisconsin Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular/Cath Lab team in Beloit, WI. This role involves providing nursing care and clinical support during a variety of interventional radiology (IR) and cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures - Assist physicians with a range of procedures, including: - Cardiac catheterizations and interventional radiology (IR) procedures - Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) - Electrical cardioversions (ECVs) - Tilt table testing - Pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placements - Internal loop recorder insertions - Administer medications, including conscious sedation, per protocol - Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition - Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety standards - Document all patient care and procedural details accurately in the electronic medical record - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Schedule: - 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM - On-call requirement: Minimum of 7 days per month Qualifications: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (WI or compact state) - Minimum of 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred - Experience with cardiac and interventional procedures strongly preferred - ACLS and BLS certifications required - Cerner experience is strongly preferred - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us? - Work alongside an expert cardiovascular team - Gain experience with advanced cardiac and interventional procedures - Supportive, collaborative clinical environment 7-5:30 pm/nRelocation assistance available/nDirect Hire job 1036230 About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
