Asset Accountant & Business Coordinator - Customer Service Asset Accountant & Business Coordinator - Customer Service - Skills Required - Customer Service, Accounting, Logistics, Dynamics AX, Waste Secure, Administrative Office AssistantIf you are a Asset Accountant & Business Coordinator with experience, please read on! Perform routine customer support of all product lines. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Administrative duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of serving as logistics support for facility, data base management and/or special assigned activities from logistics, operations, or sales management team. Accounting duties in relation to profitability, profit margin, revenues, expenses, customer invoicing, and others as assigned.What You Will Be Doingo Coordinate logistics support with sales team, other facilities, and customers efficiently and effectively for locations within designated market area, including working with third party carriers to minimize logistics expenses.o On a daily basis, verify and attach backup documentation into AX for all customers, and perform the complete invoicing process for B2B customers including generation of required customer reports such as tracking or revenue share.o Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management (CRM), Dynamics AX, Waste Secure, inventory management system, and other applications.o Consult with clients after sales or contract signings across all product lines in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing account maintenance.o Coordinate Driver schedule and ensure proper DOT requirements are followed and maintained.o Maintain sales reporting and messaging between internal and external management.o Learn company database systems to enable user support for internal departmental personnel and customer support.o Answer customers' questions about products, services, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
